Setting: Residential Youth Maternity Home and Residential Recovery Home

Florence Crittenton Family Services is looking for reliable and flexible relief staff to join our Residential Team! This is your chance to bring positivity, support, and encouragement to mothers and their little ones to foster growth, learning, and connection. Daytime availability is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist Mothers and Children: Provide direct support to mothers and their children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during day and/or evening hours.
- Day and/or Evening Activities: Help coordinate and supervise day and/or evening activities for mothers and children, fostering a supportive and positive environment.
- Routine Support: Assist with client routines, meals, and any necessary personal care.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete documentation and reporting as needed, ensuring accurate records of care and activities.
- Crisis Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies or urgent needs that may arise during your shift.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Compassionate Care: A genuine desire to help and support mothers and children.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage evening tasks with precision and care.
- Quick Learner: Capable of adapting to new routines and responsibilities.
- Positive Attitude: A can-do approach to tackling evening challenges and supporting residents.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or working with youth and families is a plus but not required! This position does require a valid Driver’s License and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
