Salary: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour, DOE, Full-Time, nonexempt
Schedule: The schedule is generally 8:00 am – 5: 00 pm Monday through Friday

We are excited to announce an opportunity to fulfill the role of Early Childhood Program Manager at Florence Crittenton. This person supports the day-to-day operations of the Child Enrichment Center by providing leadership to staff, supporting children and families, coordinating program operations, and ensuring compliance with licensing and program standards.
What You Will Do:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and daily support to classroom staff
- Help manage classroom coverage, staffing, scheduling, and center operations
- Support family engagement, enrollment, transitions, and student services
- Assist with licensing compliance, program safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate screenings, assessments, and supportive services for children
- Collaborate with families, community partners, and internal programs
What You Will Bring:
- Associate degree in Early Childhood or Behavior Science/Human Services from an accredited college or university, bachelor’s preferred
- We value both formal education and hands-on experience; candidates who are without a degree but possess significant related experience are encouraged to apply.
- At least three years’ related experience or training, including two years of supervisory and directly related experience in childcare operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of licensing requirements and developmentally appropriate practices
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and supporting children and families
