Salary: $15.75 – $16.50 DOE, Full-Time, nonexempt
Schedule: The schedule is generally 8:00 am-4:45 pm with a 30 min break Monday through Thursday, plus 8:00am-3:00 Fridays (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:
- Support the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment for Early Pre-K students.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and learning experiences that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Provide individual attention and care to children, helping them feel secure and valued.
- Foster a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere that supports curiosity and creativity.
- Communicate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each child’s growth.
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year experience in an early childhood program such as a licensed childcare center, family or group childcare, or Head Start; OR
- Child Development Associate credential or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, or related field.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- The ability to work as part of a team, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
