Hours: Full-Time, 34-40 hours per week
General Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings
Salary: $18-21 per hour; commensurate on experience and skills
Supervision: Director of Operations & Resource Development
What You Will Do:
As Executive Assistant, you’ll be the go-to partner for the Executive Team—coordinating schedules, managing communications, and helping keep operations running smoothly. You’ll handle confidential materials, assist with board support and project coordination, and play a key role in internal culture and communication. From travel planning to event logistics, your day will be full of meaningful, mission-driven work that supports our leadership team and furthers our impact.
What You Will Bring:
You bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and professional communication. You are tech-savvy (Microsoft 365, CRMs, virtual meeting tools) and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. With a high school diploma (associate’s degree is strongly preferred), relevant experience, and a passion for helping others, you’ll be a vital part of our team. A valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain confidentiality are a must.
