Salary: $18.00 / hour, non-exempt
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time options available; Working hours will fall within a Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm range.
Supervised by: Clinical Supervisor
What You Will Do:
As the first point of contact for families and referral sources, you’ll guide individuals seeking services through the admissions process with empathy and clarity. You’ll manage inquiries, determine funding sources, coordinate intake procedures, and maintain accurate and confidential data. Your role bridges communication between clients, community partners, and internal staff while ensuring data integrity and supporting administrative functions.
What You Will Bring:
You bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in customer service or human services, and a working knowledge of admissions processes is preferred. You’re quick to respond, highly motivated, and able to work independently without needing constant direction. You stay engaged and keep yourself busy, taking initiative to support potential clients and your team alike. Experience in healthcare, residential settings, or with limited-resource populations is a plus. A passion for helping families access life-changing services is essential.
