Salary: $14.00 – $16.00 DOE, non-exempt
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, occasional evenings and weekends
Supervised by: Marketing Director
What You Will Do:
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first face of Florence Crittenton Family Services, providing warm and professional reception to visitors, clients, donors, and partners. You will support day-to-day operations including answering phones, managing records, coordinating meetings and events, supporting the Development and Marketing teams, assisting with social media communications, and helping to keep our busy office running smoothly. You’ll also contribute to the success of special events and Board meetings, ensuring all behind-the-scenes logistics are covered.
What You Will Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years of office experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and basic office equipment
- A professional, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience in a nonprofit environment is a plus!
