Join our team this summer and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 0–5. As a Summer Support Staff member, you’ll work alongside teachers to support daily classroom activities and ensure high-quality, inclusive care.

Pay:   $15.00 per hour
Schedule:   Monday – Friday, hours vary
Status:   Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Temporary/Seasonal

What You Will Do

• Support age-appropriate learning activities, play, and classroom routines
• Assist in maintaining a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Help with transitions, meals, rest time, and group activities
• Model and follow best practices for health, safety, and hygiene
• Communicate respectfully with families and support family engagement
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure consistency in care and learning
• Adapt to different classrooms and support diverse learning needs
• Follow all program policies and state licensing requirements

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience preferred, not required)
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
