Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 DOE, Full-Time, nonexempt
Schedule: The schedule is generally 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Thursday through Saturday (36 hours per week)

Florence Crittenton Family Services is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Aide for the Day Shift team in our Recovery Home. This position offers a unique opportunity to support mothers and their children during daytime hours, providing crucial care and assistance when they need it most.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide compassionate support to mothers and children during the day, helping them feel safe, cared for, and encouraged.
- Assist with daily routines such as meals, activities, and transitions throughout the day.
- Offer a calm and reassuring presence, especially for families who have experienced trauma or hardship.
- Monitor the well-being of residents, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Work as part of a team to maintain smooth communication and consistent care.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Experience working with children, parents, or families in supportive roles (preferred).
- A nurturing and empathetic nature, with the ability to remain calm in stressful moments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependability and flexibility to meet the needs of families during the day.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent and a valid Driver’s License are required.
