Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm (38 hours per week)

Florence Crittenton Family Services is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Aide for the Swing Shift team in our Recovery Home. This position offers a unique opportunity to support mothers and their children during evening hours, providing crucial care and assistance when they need it most.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist Mothers and Children: Provide direct support to mothers and their children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during evening hours.
- Evening Activities: Help coordinate and supervise evening activities for mothers and children, fostering a supportive and positive environment.
- Routine Support: Assist with bedtime routines, evening meals, and any necessary personal care.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete evening documentation and reporting as needed, ensuring accurate records of care and activities.
- Crisis Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies or urgent needs that may arise during your shift.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Compassionate Care: A genuine desire to help and support mothers and children.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage evening tasks with precision and care.
- Quick Learner: Capable of adapting to new routines and responsibilities.
- Positive Attitude: A can-do approach to tackling evening challenges and supporting residents.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or working with youth and families is a plus, but not required! This position does require a valid Driver’s License and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
