Marchita Mays joined Florence Crittenton in 2019 as the Development Services Coordinator and transitioned to the Development Manager position in 2020.

Marchita is a Montana native and was raised in Missoula. Growing up in a large family, she learned the importance of family values and traditions. She is passionate about the mission of Florence Crittenton–Every family deserves a chance.

Marchita attended the University of Montana, Missoula College and started her career in the medical field as a Health Unit Coordinator. When she moved to Helena, she began a career in promotions and then moved to marketing and special events. Her compassion to help others has brought her to the nonprofit world. She is excited to be a part of the development team where she can put her talent and experience to use in supporting the mission and goals of Florence Crittenton.

She enjoys camping trips in the mountains of Montana with her husband and three children and family gatherings with her large family.
