SALARY: $40,000-$50,000 annually DOE; Full-time; Exempt

THE PERSON: We are searching for a passionate, energetic, culturally sensitive LAC or dually licensed therapist to join our team and provide comprehensive clinical services to individuals and families in our Outpatient Clinic. The appropriate candidate will have a unique understanding of behavior, trauma, substance use, and mental health and be clinically trained to address these components. THE POSITION: The Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) is a licensed professional and works as a part of a multidisciplinary team treating young parents and family members in need treatment.  The LAC will establish, administer and direct treatment services with the integration of the team in both outpatient and residential programs serving a Family Centered model. Florence Crittenton’s philosophy of care is holistic, relational, client centered and inclusive of all members of the family. Many of the interventions focus on social determinants of health and see treatment as inclusive of all factors effecting client success. Specific supports are provided for children of parents with cooccurring disorders.
