In-Kind Donations & Volunteering

In-kind donations reduce Florence Crittenton’s direct expenses, as well as add valuable experiences for the families we serve.

Due to a very blessed season of donations, we are currently not accepting any gently used mom or baby clothing items. For a list of current in-kind donation needs, please call Carrie Krepps 406 442 6950 x255 or email [email protected]

Donation of Products/Services

Does your business provide a service that the home could use? Many services provided by local business can really help us cut down on our everyday expenses. We are always in need of car washes, oil changes and other car maintenance, carpet cleaning, snow removal, office supplies, lawn care and much more.

Recreational and Life Skills Activities

We encourage our families to engage in healthy activities. Donations of tickets to local sporting, cultural, and community events are welcomed and encouraged. Please note we must receive notification at least 10 days prior to the event for planning purposes. Examples of activities include yoga or exercise classes, life skills presentations such as buying a car, baby massage, tutoring etc.

Santa's Helpers

Help make the holiday season special for the families in our residential and outpatient programs by joining our Santa’s Helpers and Giving Trees. Santa’s Helpers assist in coordinating delivering wish lists to giving tree locations, collecting items, organizing and wrapping gifts. Giving Tree locations are businesses or churches that put up a tree with gift tags for gifts requested by our young clients. Items are collected from Giving Tree locations by Santa’s Helpers. Please call Amy Smieldala 406 442 6950 x204 or email [email protected]

Florence Crittenton volunteers enrich the lives of our families, and staff Volunteering also adds great financial value. Volunteer hours are valued at as much as $24.69/hour. We happily utilize volunteers in all aspects of our program. Serving as little as one hour per week, you can provide encouragement, boost someone’s self-esteem, and brighten someone’s future. Choose the volunteer program that will make the best use of your personal talents, and feel good about giving of yourself!

All of our volunteers apply and must pass a criminal and Child Protective Services background check. For more information on how you can get involved with volunteering at Florence Crittenton,  please contact Emily Roehm, Volunteer Coordinator, at 406.442.6950 x215 or [email protected]
