Rehabilitation Aide – Overnight Shift

Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 DOE, nonexempt 

Retention Bonus of $1,250 

Hours: 10:30 pm – 7:30 am Thursday plus 10:00 pm – 10:00 am Friday and Saturday (Part-Time, 33 hours per week) . Full-Time option available.

Setting: Residential Youth Maternity Home

As an Overnight Rehabilitation Aide, you will play a vital role in our mission by being a beacon of compassion and support during the night.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide emotional support and comfort to mothers and children experiencing distress or anxiety during the night.
  • Assist with nighttime routines and needs, such as feeding, soothing, or comforting children.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to any emergencies or crises that arise during your shift.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents, prioritizing their well-being.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the night.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Previous experience working with mothers, children, or individuals who have experienced trauma is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to support others during difficult times.
  • Reliability and responsibility, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
