Hold a Fundraiser

You, or your business can hold a fundraiser to show your support of Florence Crittenton.

1. Pick a Theme for your event:

Here are some ideas to get you started

Hold an open house, Birthday party, or Anniversary party; invite customers, colleagues, and friends to your business or home and collect donations and/or presents for Florence Crittenton.

Get new people into your business and support the home by offering to donate a specific dollar amount if someone tries your product or service. Examples: Test drive a new car and we will donate $20.00 or come in and try our new Chicken dinner special and we will donate $5.00

Donate a portion of your sales to the home on a certain product or service.

Examples:

• Bert and Ernies held “Think Pink” for a month prior to Florence Crittenton’s annual fundraising event Paint the Town Pink. During that time you could purchase a glass of wine and a portion of the cost was donated to the home.
  
  
• Montana Record Management in partnership with KXLH, and Capital City Health Club held a shred day.with $20.00 per two bags of shredding benefited the young moms and babies at Florence Crittenton.
  
  
• St. Williams Parrish We wish to share our deepest appreciation to this energetic Shelby, MT based youth group for choosing Florence Crittenton Home as their Senior Project.  The Youth Group has been successfully fund raising for the Home by hosting a pancake breakfast, collecting donated baby items and by selling wristbands that carry our mission:  Changing the Future … Two Lives at a Time.

2. Contact Florence Crittenton Home and we will provide you with brochures, newsletters and information about the home and have at your event.  We are also available to attend the event to answer questions of your guests.

3. Submit your results:  Mail contribution received to Florence Crittenton, 901 North Harris, Helena, MT. 59601.  We would love pictures and information about your event to show others how they can help.  Email to KathleenF@Florencecrittenton.org
