Here are just some simple ways to help build morale among your employees and co-workers while helping a young mom and her baby here at Florence Crittenton.

Jeans Day
Have your employees make a donation every week to wear jeans on Friday,

Hawaiian Shirt Day
Pick a bright summer day and have employees wear their craziest Hawaiian shirt, and make a donation to the home.

Bad Sweater or Tie Tuesday
Winter blues getting your employees down?  Have a potluck and contest for the worst sweater or tie on a cold winter day.  Have each person make a monetary donation or call the home to find out any current needs that all your employees can pitch in to help purchase.
