- Pregnant or parenting female between the ages of 12 and 21
- No medical problems requiring full-time supervision or with major organic deficits or other special issues requiring specialized staff training or skills not available
- Organic cognitive impairment does not impede treatment
- Degree of need can be treated safely and effectively within our parameters
- A desire to heal/complete program and make positive changes for themselves and their baby
