Our programs are based on years of research and resulting evidence-informed practices that indicate interventions directed at children from the ages of 0-5 result in the most compelling long-term results. Our programs reduce the likelihood of primary and secondary child abuse, and decrease the need for intensive crisis-focused interventions with older children, adolescents and young adults later in life.
Through our residential program and community services Florence Crittenton provides each young parent with the tools and opportunities to provide a caring, nurturing and healthy early environment for their child. With this knowledge they have an opportunity to forever change their child’s chance at having a positive, healthy and successful life.
