Individual therapy for children, teens and young adults
Family therapy (including couples work and parent/infant dyad attachment therapy)
Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation
Mental Health consultations for children aged 0 â€“ 3 and their caregivers with concerns about social-emotional development/issues.
For children aged 0-3 assessment of social-emotional development and suggestions for beneficial treatment.
Relationships groups for Teens
Teens often struggle with partner , peer and family relationships.Â This group helps address issues and talk through managing expectations, healthy resolutions and setting healthy boundaries.
Videotaped parenting coaching/Relational Attunement Therapy
Using split screen technology , videotaped interactions between moms and babies can be an incredible teaching tool to help parents attune to their babies cues.
Pre and Post natal consultation either on site or at your home from our expert, kind compassionate consultants.
Attachment Training/Consultation for Foster Homes providing infant/toddler care
Our expert attachment therapists assist in the transition of a new baby/toddler into foster care and help reduce the risk of attachment issues for the child in future.
CELL Early Literacy training
Teaches practices for promoting the literacy development of infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
Equine Psychotherapy utilizes horses as tool in the therapeutic process. Issues with self-esteem, confidence, communication and interpersonal effectiveness, trust, boundaries and limit-setting lend themselves well to equine therapy.
Parenting the Love and Logic Wayâ„˘--A multimedia curriculum for training parents with children of all ages. Cost $10.00
The Love and Logic approach is fun; using plenty of real life stories, examples and humor, the authors make this a program that parents really enjoy. This curriculum provide parents the skills required to feel more relaxed, hopeful and positive about their children. As they learn more, they'll discover that parenting really can be enjoyableâ€¦and that they can teach personal responsibility and respect without losing their children's love. Cost: $10.00 per person

Loving Your Baby from the Inside Out Classes
A group designed specifically for pregnant moms that provides a loving, relaxed, encouraging atmosphere. Classes are focused on preparation for motherhood, childbirth education and designing an individual birth plan that honors each mother’s wishes.

Evidence-based curriculum that assists parents to be the best teachers they can be for their children. Monthly family activity groups are available to all families in the community with infants and/or toddlers.

Circle of Security Parenting classes
An 8 week, evidence-based class which helps parents understand and practice attachment parenting, the need for a strong bond between themselves and their child and teaches ways of enhancing that bond.Â

Strive to Reach Independence, Values, & Education - S.T.R.I.V.E.
S.T.R.I.V.E. is a group designed specifically for young moms. The group offers a supportive, relaxed, encouraging atmosphere where young moms can meet and support one another in achieving success in parenting, relationships and in their education. Attendees are paid $10 per week to attend the group and $100 on completion of a 25 week series.
