Our treatment team is made up of highly experienced masters level therapists and social workers whose specialties include assessments, bonding and attachment, family relationships, addictions, parenting, healthy relationships, milieu work, individual therapy, infant mental health and therapeutic recreation.
We also work in partnership with leading consultant specialists locally to assist with each girl’s individual treatment plan.

Elizabeth joined Florence Crittenton in March 2007 as Marketing Director. Her responsibilities are to market FCH’s programs and manage PR activity. Prior to that she lived in London and was Marketing Director for PTC, a global technology solutions provider. She has over 12 years experience in marketing including strategic planning, launching new products in new territories and helping start-up organizations rapidly grow with the target of IPO or acquisition. Elizabeth holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Kingston in London.

Shannon Martin joined Florence Crittenton in July 2007 as a Program Coordinator/Case Manager. Prior to this Shannon was employed as a Youth Employment Specialist working with at-risk juveniles involved in the justice system for 2 years. For an additional 2 years she worked in a school based therapeutic program with emotionally disturbed youth. She has owned and operated a small daycare. Most recently she was a case manager at Elkhorn Treatment Center, a treatment facility for women with meth addiction.
Shannon received a BA from MSU-N in 2000. Her degree is in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Community Service and minoring in Native American Studies. |

Kellie joined Florence Crittenton in August of 2007 and brings with her over 15 years experience working for and with non-profits, governmental agencies, and community groups. Born and raised in Helena, Kellie received her B.S. in Human Services from California State University Fullerton. She was the Program Supervisor of the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Alcohol and Drug Education and Prevention Team, an Independent Special Event consultant for both AIDS Services Foundation and Laguna Shanti, and she was Public Affairs Specialist & Volunteer Coordinator for Planned Parenthood Orange & San Bernardino Counties. Additionally she served as a Board Member for Orange Children & Parents Together, Inc., an Orange, California Head Start. Since returning to Helena in 2006, she has been a Central School volunteer and a Helena Feed & Fun volunteer. |

During her time at Florence Crittenton Judy has served as an Americorps VISTA, Case Manager and Deputy Development Director. Judy enhanced volunteer programs, wrote successful federal and foundation grants, restructured the development administrative staff, designed and wrote special appeals and newsletters, established a monthly giving program, and worked with board and community members on special events. She has worked one-on-one with at-risk teen girls case managing at Florence Crittenton and leading therapeutic canoe trips in Northern Minnesota and Canada. Judy holds a degree in Science-Business from the University of Notre Dame. Her passions include rafting, mountain biking, hiking and camping with her husband Jeff and their rock-diving dog, Mia.

Cheri joined the Florence Crittenton Home team in August 2007. She worked as a direct care staff and a Case Manager before taking on the role of Volunteer Coordinator. Cheri has had more than 20 years experience working with volunteers in a variety of roles. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kenya in the 1980s, where she was a secondary school teacher. After completing her Masters’ Degree in International Relations and Cultural Anthropology, Cheri was the Assistant Director of WorldTeach, Inc, based at Harvard University. At WorldTeach, Cheri created and facilitated training for young adults who volunteered to work overseas. Cheri was also the volunteer trainer for Amigos de las Americas, and was a volunteer mentor through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program in Cambridge, Mass. Cheri is currently a volunteer fire-fighter and EMT, and serves as the Emergency Medical Director of the Marysville Volunteer Fire/Rescue. Cheri also has a Masters’ Degree in Art and Art History as well as an MFA in Ceramics, and when not working at Florence Crittenton Home or volunteering for the fire/rescue, she is a studio potter.

Maria, conducts group and individual bonding and attachment sessions, which includes video taping mother-child interactions and training staff. Maria received her BSW from U of MT and her MSW from Walla Walla College . She came to FC after running God's Love Family Transitional Center for 6 years. Before that she worked for 3.5 years in a child's psychiatric hospital as well as 8 years in acute hospital rehabilitation. Additionally, she has completed 4 conferences on bonding and attachment in the past year. |

Sharon oversees all Finances at Florence Crittenton. She has a degree in Business Education from Mankato State University . Sharon has extensive financial experience in all aspects of the Non-Profit/Human Services field and has been with FC for two years. Her background includes A/R Consultant for FC prior to employment and working for another large Non-Profit for 15 years where she was able to hone her financial skills. At one point in time she worked for a for-profit organization which brought her to the realization that the Human Services world is where she wanted to use her talents. ‘Not only is it a pleasure to work among the people we are serving, FC is a growing, budding provider of services and education badly needed by our young people and other providers.

Pam oversees all programs at Florence Crittenton. Pam has a degree in Human Biology (emphasis in Neuropsychology) from Stanford University and a Masters degree in Counseling Education from San Diego State University . Pam has extensive management and clinical experience with at-risk youth and has worked with pregnant and parenting teen mothers at FC for the past two and a half years. Pam's background also includes development of innovative programs to serve at-risk youth and families. She is proud and honored to see FC growing into the number one regional provider of bonding/attachment work and infant mental health assessment and treatment. |

Sally served on the FCHS board for two years before joining the staff as the Operations Coordinator in July of 2007. Currently she oversees the needs of the direct care staff at the home as well as other human resources and facilities duties. She has been an outspoken advocate for women and children since 1996, most recently as the Vice President of a D.C.-based nonprofit. Sally has lectured at more than 60 colleges across the nation and lobbied Capitol Hill in an attempt to bring resources to pregnant and parenting students on campus. A graduate of Indiana University, Sally is the proud mother to two daughters |
